This plan comes at the 10-year point for us as an organisation; there is much to do with increased

challenges for the New Forest and we intend to redouble our efforts to put the Forest frst.

This Business Plan shows how over the next three years the Authority will deliver its share of the

National Park Management Plan. The Management Plan is being updated in 2015 and is the main

strategic document for the National Park as a whole - guiding all partners with an interest in the area on

how to work together for the beneft of the Forest
